Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Master card, Visa, Switch, Maestro, etc), and all online payments are processed through Worldpay's secure online payment server. Worldpay is a part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group so rest assured that your credit/debit card details are transferred through our secure processing system. Please note our site uses a secure server with secure sockets layer (SSL) technology.
All items are posted first class within the UK and air mail for international post. Please allow 5 days from the time of your order for delivery within the UK and 8 days for international orders (although by using first class we anticipate deliveries within the UK in 3-4 days of your order). For international orders, the customer is wholly responsible for the importation of all products into their country and must fully comply with the laws relating to importation into their country.
Returns and Refund Policy
You may cancel your order at anytime prior to dispatch by emailing info@rush.co.uk, and we will re-credit your card within 30 days of your order.
Should the items be already dispatched (we normally dispatch within 24-48 hours of your order), please email info@rush.co.uk of your dissatisfaction as soon as possible and within 7 days of your order. Please return the item within 14 days for a full refund of the cost of the item. Any refund will be made within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods and will be refunded to the card in question.
Due to the nature of the goods, all items MUST be returned unused, in the condition to which they were received and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for postage for any returned items. We strongly recommend that the customer obtain proof of postage for any returned item and send along with copy of invoice to:

RUSH Hair Limited accepts no responsibility for any injury arising from the use of any supplied products, especially arising from faulty or defective goods, or for any improper or inappropriate use of any product, or from allergies or adverse reactions. Any defective product should in the first instance be reported to us and in return we will, on your behalf send out a replacement.
All purchases are made in acceptance of our terms and conditions.
RUSH Hair Limited cannot be held responsible for any delays, such as postal strikes, which are wholly outside our control.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
