Andy strongly believes in education and is constantly striving for perfection, instilling RUSH’s brand values; Passion, Quality, Creativity and Professionalism, into every member of the RUSH Group whether it’s an Assistant wanting to become a great Stylist or a Stylist wanting to be the best they can be.

As our International Colour Director, Chris was also 2009′s British Hairdressing Awards British Colour Technician of the Year. This highly prestigious award is testament to him being a continuous source of inspiration and the catalyst behind RUSH leading the way for colour. His talent stems from a strong pedigree in the colour world giving him a wealth of knowledge and experience in colouring and precision techniques. His insight that colour can bring a haircut to life, giving it an extra dimension, is expressed in his shows, seminars, photographic work, role as Educator and RUSH Chichester salon.

Rebecca Counsell

As the newest member of the RUSH Artistic Team and a leading member in the RUSH colour team, Rebecca has been key in producing some of RUSH’s colour imagery helping to build the company’s colour profile. Using her background in session and photographic work, including BHA Southern Finalist in 2009, Rebecca has built herself a wealth of experience since joining this fast growing chain. Working on shows in the UK, Europe and America, Rebecca has grown in her educational role, teaching in the RUSH Advanced Academy along with her fellow Artistic Team members. Rebecca still works as a company consultant in RUSH Sutton and RUSH Walton on Thames.
