We ask new Beauty clients to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete an initial consultation. Regular visitors should arrive around 5 minutes prior to their appointment and take the opportunity to enjoy a few minutes of relaxation. The minimum age for Beauty Services within RUSH Beauty is 16.
To secure your Beauty services, debit/credit card details are required. Clients who wish to cancel must provide 24 hours notice, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
If you have any health concerns that may affect your treatment and service choice, please speak to your Stylist or Therapist in confidence, when booking or during your consultation.
