Andy Heasman – Rush International Creative Director

Renowned in the industry as a precision cutting specialist, Andy has led the Rush Artistic Team to many award wins. He is the instigator of ideas, creating educational concepts that range from the purest form of haircutting, interpretating the Rush trademark philosophy of strength and movement to salon friendly cutting.

Seung Ki Baek – Rush Artistic Team

A triple threat, South Korean born Baek cuts, colours and creates stunning Avant Garde looks.  With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, Baek is a long-standing member of the Rush International Artistic Team and a true interpreter of the Rush style of work and philosophy.

Baek was inducted into the British Hairdressing Hall of Fame in 2024 after winning ‘Southern Hairdresser of the Year’ three times. For Baek, education is focused on collaboration. We learn, grow, develop and take inspiration from those around us.
