Love Island 2018
It’s coming up to that time of year again where Love Island fans across the UK say goodbye to their Summer evenings to watch 11 hopefuls try find love on the sunny island of Majorca. And we are very excited!!
The first show in the 8 week running series will be broadcasted tonight on ITV2 and we are counting down the hours!
Amongst the 11 singletons is an A&E doctor, the daughter of Eastenders actor Danny Dyer and a West End performer.
Love Island 2018 Line up
Laura Anderson, 29, Air Stewardess from Stirling, Scotland.
Laura is looking for a ‘rugged, real man’ and ‘someone that knows what they want’. She claims to be a ‘sociable’ and ‘bubbly’ person. She once served Channing Tatum during her time as an air stewardess!
Dani Dyer, 21, Barmaid from East London.
Dani is the daughter of Eastenders actor Danny Dyer and made a short lived appearance on reality show ‘Survival of the Fittest’. She is looking for someone ‘really genuine’ and believes that a ‘friendship with a girl in the villa is just as important as finding romance’. Dani admits that she can ‘sometimes be a bit too much’ and ‘a bit childish’.
Hayley Hughes, 21, model from Liverpool.
Hayley is looking for ‘someone with a nice personality who knows how to treat a girl’. Hayley claims to be ‘quite a loving person’ but has ‘no filter’ and will tell people what she thinks. She currently attends drama school, has modeled for some fashion brands and has previously done an advert for ITVBE.
Kendall Rae-Knight, 26, Retail Manager from Blackpool.
This time last year Kendall was in a long term relationship, engaged, had a house, and ‘was all settled down ready to have children.’ Now she is single and ‘ready to move on and start dating’. Kendall is looking for ‘something long term’ but is worried that no one will like her or find her attractive.
Samira Mighty, 22, West End performer from London.
ITS OFFICIAL 🎉🌴 Super excited to be heading into the @loveisland @itv villa this year! Tune in on Monday 4th, 9PM to see what I get up to with my fellow love islanders! ☀️ Let’s get ready for an epic summer of madness! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This account will be ran by Samira’s friends @ainsleyricketts & @pjm_fitness 💕 we cant wait to watch you and make us proud!! 🌴
Samira is looking for ‘loads of fun, the opportunity to meet a really nice guy, or even a best friend’. However she is worried about being in a ‘small confined space with the same group of people for so long’. She has starred in West End shows such as Mamma Mia and Dreamgirls!
Niall Aslam, 23, Student and Construction Worker from Coventry.
Niall is going into the villa with an ‘open mind to find love’. He says that his most annoying habit is that he chews really loudly, ‘like a barn yard animal’.
Eyal Booker, 22, Model from London.
Eyal says that he has ‘fun energy’ and is a ‘spiritual person’. He is looking for ‘love’ and a relationship that lasts. He was once in a pop band once called EverYoung who had ‘small time success’. Eyal believes that his best attributes are his personality and his curly hair is popular. We do love the curly hair!
Adam Collard, 22, Personal Trainer and Gym Director from Newcastle.
Adam says that he just ‘wants to have a good time and see what happens’. He believes his worst attribute is that he is ‘super competitive’ and ‘hates losing’ and is looking for a ‘bromance as much as a romance.’
Jack Fincham, 26, Stationary Sales Manager from Kent.
Jack says that his best attribute is that he is ‘really funny’ and ‘has nice teeth’. ‘I want to find someone that I can have a real laugh with and
who I actually want to spend time with’ he says. He is a ‘bit worried about looking like an idiot on the telly’ and doesn’t want to ’embarrass’ himself.
Dr. Alex George, 27, A&E Doctor from Carmarthen, West Wales.
Alex believes his best attribute is that he is a ‘good people person’, ‘gets on with everyone’ and is ‘caring’. He dislikes ‘high maintenance girls’. Alex is looking for love going into the villa but is also hoping ‘to make some good friends’. He is aware that people will think he is crazy for going on the show as it is very different to work as an A&E doctor but would like to mix his day job with TV work and believes ‘there’s probably room for a new TV doctor!’
Wes Nelson, 20, Electrical and Nuclear Systems Design Engineer from Staffordshire.
Wes is looking for someone he can ‘settle down with’ and tame his ‘wild lifestyle’. He says that the best way to his heart is someone who shows ‘genuine compassion and genuine feelings’. He says that his claim to fame is his already large Instagram following.
