Rush Salon to open in Birmingham

We’re heading to Birmingham for our newest salon. On Saturday 24th October, we are pleased to be opening Rush Birmingham with Susan and Archie, our newest franchisees.

Located on 72 Corporation Street, the salon joins the busy high street amongst other top brands. If you’re doing your usual Saturday shopping join us on Saturday! All customers will be treated to a celebratory glass of bubbly, nibbles and a fabulous goodie bag.

Tell us about yourself?

I have been self-employed from a young age. I got involved in my father’s retail business and started to work with him from an early age. I always knew I wanted my own business and that was where I was heading. I carried on working with my parents and when I became 18 years old I opened my first business. Since then I have continued to start new ventures. I then decided I wanted a new career to challenge myself in something new with Rush.

What attracted you to Rush?

My husband, Archie has been involved in my businesses and he too became very interested when we looked into Rush as we found the support from the team and the passion in the group was amazing! We then started to look into it and went into our first meeting and was so impressed it just drove us forward and have been excited ever since.

I am looking forward to our journey working alongside the Rush family as it’s great to have so much support with the business as we all work as a team which makes it more enjoyable.

Why did you choose Birmingham for your new salon?

We chose Birmingham as I live in Solihull and Birmingham is the next best city to London so I’m very excited that we have been given first choice in the midlands. Birmingham is home.

What are you looking forward to most about having your own Rush salon?

The hard work and excitement of introducing something new to Birmingham. I am a strong believer of looking after the client don’t matter what they spend so providing excellence is extremely important to us.

This is very exciting for me as Rush is such a big brand and I’m proud to show it off to Birmingham. I know Archie and I have the right attitude so I am looking forward to driving this salon forward and being the talk of Birmingham, so here we come!

What can customers expect from the new Rush Birmingham salon?

Customers should expect a top salon from London offering a one of a kind experience. Our team are dedicated to serving the client the Rush way. The salon looks amazing so they will be proud to relax in a modern salon and our indulgent spa rooms.

How would you describe your new salon team?

My team is made up from talented stylist and assistants who can’t wait to start working for Rush. They are all trained to create the latest look and serve our clients the Rush Way, so our salon promises to be amazing!
