BOBS: Dua Lipa
It’s easy to forget that Dua Lipa ever had long hair. Since having the snip last April, Dua has sported the ultimate bob goals with her sleek, brunette do – leaving us all reaching for the scissors!
Dua explained on Instagram that the motives for her chop were to restore her damaged hair, with a healthier new style. If you’re also suffering from damaged and dry hair, then having a trim or chop is a great way to say goodbye to your dead ends – whilst creating a new, on-trend look!
Not only is going shorter great for restoring damaged hair, but it’s the uncomplicated, yet stylish way to refresh a grown-out cut! Take inspiration from Emma Roberts who recently transformed her laid-back lob to a chic and short bob.
The long bob – effortlessly flattering and somehow suits everyone! If you’re wanting to go shorter, but are looking for something a little more in-between, then a lob is perfect for you. Typically cut between your chin and your collarbone, a lob is an edgy, yet elegant chop.
To this day, Margot Robbie has shown the world how to flawlessly sport a lob in every way possible – from blunt cuts, to choppy layers and beachy waves. Lobs can be the best of both worlds if you’re still wanting to wear curls or updos, as there’s still plenty of length to the hair!
A pixie cut is both classic and timelessly stylish. However, the idea of it may seem a little daunting at first as it can be hard to imagine ourselves with this look! But there are many ways to wear a pixie, it’s a question of finding the right style, cut and texture for you.
We’ve pulled together some of the ultimate pixie cut inspirations!
To mark the end of Game of Thrones filming, Emilia recently shared a snap to her Instagram of a new pixie crop! She opted for an angled cut, getting shorter towards the back, with long layers to effortlessly frame her face.
