How to use the new Kérastase Discipline range

If you have fine to normal unruly or thick hair, use Discipline Bain Fluidealiste. It works to gently cleanse your hair without weighing it down. This range uses major haircare technology to smooth and soften your strands.

For unruly sensitised or chemically treated hair, the Discipline Bain Fluidealiste Sans-Sulfates is incredible! This sulphate-free formula which is similar to those developed for baby shampoos, creates ample lather while also respecting the integrity of your hair fibres weakened by straightening or colour treatments.

Apply to wet hair, massage and rinse.

The Disciple Maskeratine works superbly for thick, normal unruly and sensitised and chemically treated hair. It texturizes your hair fibres and offers in-depth damage repair. Plus a stronger dose of the softening agent has also been added to bring unprecedented suppleness.

For fine to normal unruly hair types the Discipline Fondant Fluidealiste uses technology that wraps the surface of your hair fibres with a protective film, with softening agent that works to provide suppleness, nutrition and strength.

Apply to washed and damp hair and generously cover your strands from lengths to the ends.

Massage into the scalp and leave for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. This spray works for all types of hair. Discipline Fluidissime tames even the most uncontrollable frizz and adds shine, smoothness and bounce.
