Rush’s Pink Tombola Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions:

Competition closes at 00:00 on 31/10/21. To enter you must spend a minimum of £90 in a participating Rush Salon. One bill over £90 will give clients one entry. Clients can have more than one entry by spending £90 or more on two transactions on two days within promotion period. Transactions cannot be completed on same day, nor can Service Bills be broken up and partly paid to make 2 transactions. 1st Prize; Complimentary Colour service to be redeemed at the Rush salon the client entered the competition. 2nd Prize; Complimentary Blowdry to be redeemed at the salon the client entered the competition. Prizes are only available for redemption from 2nd Jan 2022 – 28th Feb 2022. Prizes are subject to change at Rush’s discretion but the prize value will remain the same level if any changes need to be made.

The winner will be selected within 12 days of the end of the competition closing and is at the sole discretion of Rush Procurement. The competition is not open to any employees of Rush Procurement. Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of Rush Procurement (UK), its printers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competitions. The promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value should the advertised prize become unavailable for reasons beyond their control. RUSH Procurement will not be responsible if the entry is affected by elements outside of its control. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.

The winners agree to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by RUSH Procurement . (UK) relating to any post-winning publicity.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. If the winners cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, or in the event that the promotion is being judged the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s)-up selected by the same judges.

Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

The provider of the prize is specified within the promotional material.

In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.
