Refer a Friend

All Rush employees can enjoy our Refer a Friend scheme. There are no time frames or limits to the number of referrals you can make.

To apply for the Refer a Friend bonus, Rush employees must complete a Refer a Friend application form and submit to Careers; [email protected]

£500 Bonus will be paid to Rush Employee for the successful referral in two instalments and will be paid via Payroll on the next wage run.

REFER A FRIEND TERMS AND CONDITIONS;

• Refer a friend is only for Stylist vacancies and is open to all Rush Employees.
•  All successful referrals will result in a £500 bonus being issue to referrer. £500 bonus will be paid within two installments; the first £250 installment will be added on to your next monthly wage and is payable once friend has completed their first day at Rush. The second £250 installment will be added onto your next monthly wage once your friend completes 3 months of employment at Rush.
• £500 bonus is at the company’s discretion and will not be issued if referrer or friend has any formal disciplinary warnings, extension of prohibition period, long-term sickness, or is on paid suspension.
•  £500 bonus is only applicable for referrer if they remain in employment at Rush. If the referrer is currently working their notice period or has resigned, £500 bonus will be forfeited.
• £500 bonus is subject to Tax and NI deductions.
• £500 bonus will only be paid if application form; Refer a Friend, is successfully completed and submitted to Rush HR department.
• All applications for Refer a Friend must be made within 2 months of the recommended friends start date.
