I dropped in randomly and last minute on a Saturday desperate for a haircut. The receptionist was so helpful and did her absolute best to fit me in somewhere. Lily did an absolutely fantastic cut without knowing me and I’m super pleased. I was also given advice from the receptionist around hair care for the more “mature” woman. I took my 8-year-old daughter to Rush in Windsor and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the team made her feel completely at ease. The stylist was absolutely brilliant – not only did she give my daughter a gorgeous haircut, but she also kept her entertained and smiling throughout. My daughter came out beaming, absolutely over the moon with her new look, and hasn’t stopped talking about it since.

It’s not always easy to find a salon where children feel comfortable, but Rush really went above and beyond. Warm, professional, and genuinely lovely – we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Amazing blow dry by Monika. I came in after a blue flare exploded on me the day before at a wedding and Monika gave me the most amazing blow dry, made sure the blue was removed from my scalp and even helped me with some advice on how to recreate the blow dry. I’ve been getting my hair dyed at Rush Windsor for just over a year now by Harley. She’s great at achieving the specific colour tone that I want and communicating what works for my hair type - and it’s always a lovely experience having her do my hair! i also wanted to mention how fab Emma is at washing hair. I visited the Salon yesterday, and honestly had the most relaxing experience of getting my hair washed by her, she gave me an incredible head massage too. Lily is amazing! I have naturally very curly hair, which can be really difficult to colour and style, but she handled it perfectly. She got my hair to a clean, even blonde without any patchiness, which is not easy with curls.

She also gave me a bouncy blowout that somehow lasted through a week in 33-degree heat in Rome — no frizz or curl reversion. Usually my hair starts reverting within a few hours, but her styling genuinely held up the entire time. I was shocked in the best way.

Will definitely be coming back to Lily — she clearly knows what she’s doing and works with care. Highly recommend.
