Dale Herne of RUSH Centrale and member of RUSH Workshop Team entered and got through into L’Oréal Professionnel’s ID Artistic programme after a series of presentations.

L’Oréal Professionnel launched the ID Artistic program in 2003 to continue their commitment to education and develop young hairdressing talent. The auditions for entering the ID Artistic Team have taken place up and down the UK and Dale Herne was selected from one of the Southern regions.

To secure his place on the team, Dale presented a mood board which illustrated his style and inspiration for the model he showcased. He then prepared his model and presented the finished look to a panel of expert judges where he explained his technique and colour process, as well as the products used to create and finish the look.

I’m excited to be part of the L’Oréal Professionnel ID Artistic Team and looking forward to working with many top stylists.”
