Rush Rewards Terms and Conditions
Rush Rewards enables you to earn points and to redeem those points on certain purchases in participating Rush salons. Points can be redeemed as full or part payment for all services in participating Rush salons, points cannot be redeemed against purchase of any retail products or gift cards. Points will be awarded once your appointment bill has been closed and not at time of booking. You can check your Rush Reward balance at any participating salon or via the client portal within our Rush booking system. Click here to access our booking system.
Each Point has a value of five pence when redeemed against a service. You must have a minimum of 250 points to redeem points in salon. You can make part or full payment using your points if your points value is over 250. Points cannot be earned to the extent that a purchase is made with redeemed Points. Points have no cash value and expire after a year. Points can only be redeemed at till point within salon, you cannot redeem points when booking online or via the phone. Redeemed points cannot be used again. In circumstances that redeemed points may need to be refunded, this will be managed internally by Rush Customer Services. Refunded redeemed points will only be refunded at original value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Expired Points cannot be transferred to a new client or redeemed or reinstated. Points can only be earned, held and redeemed as set out in this Agreement. You may earn bonus points in the following way;
- Provide feedback following an appointment using the link received in your post visit email; 25 points.
- Creating an account as a new user within our online booking system; 50 points
- Birthday month celebrations; 100 points
- Rebooking your next appointment within 24 hours of your current appointment; 100 points
- Recommending a new client; 100 points (you will receive points once new client has been in and completed their 1st visit at a Rush salon of their choice)
- Reward bonus days
Any Points obtained or used otherwise than in accordance with this agreement will be invalid and cannot be redeemed. Points are personal to the individual client and cannot be pooled with points earned by another client and redeemed together.
We may, on notifying you, forfeit all accrued Points, and/or suspend your right to collect and/or redeem Points if you are in breach of this Agreement, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or other criminal activities relating to us, or if you supply false or misleading information to us.
If you need to change any of the details you provided when you registered, please either update your details through the client portal on our booking system, or contact your nearest Rush salon via phone. Contact details can be found on the individual salon page on rush.co.uk. To receive notifications about your Rush Reward Points, you must have opted in to receive marketing emails and SMS notifications.
You should immediately report any fraudulent or unauthorised use of your client portal to Customer Services using the following email address; [email protected] If we agree to re-credit any Points redeemed without your consent, we will aim to issue these within 5 workings days.
Rush shall not be held liable for any default resulting directly or indirectly from any cause beyond our control, including but not limited to, failure of network services and failure of data processing systems.
Rush Hair & Beauty reserve the right to amend or waive any provision of this Agreement from time to time and at any time, or to terminate Rush Rewards on reasonable notice. You should check this page of the Website from time to time to take note of any changes we make, as they are binding on you from the date that we make them.
This agreement is governed by English Law.
