I went in on 28/05 for a wash and cut and was served by Abby. She was highly skilled and gave me a fabulous cut that made me feel much better! She was so helpful and took the time to make me feel comfortable.I have been coming here for years for cuts and colouring and all the team are very good and friendly.

Edite is absolutely brilliant!I visited RUSH in Cambridge yesterday for the first time. I’m visiting Cambridge for just 24 hours and found RUSH online. It was easy to book online and, as luck would have it, they offer 50% off colour on Tuesdays when booked with a cut. I knew none of the stylists so took a chance on Edite.Due to significant stress and the menopause, I’ve lost a lot of hair over the last few years. I’m very self conscious about my receding hairline and my thin, limp hair. I was anxious when I entered the salon but was soon put at ease by all the friendly staff.Edite came and introduced herself and I liked her from the start. We discussed colour and style and I felt ok about talking to her about how conscious I was about my huge forehead and thinning hair.Edite advised about cut and went into detail about what would and wouldn’t work and why. We looked at colour samples together and she held colour strands up to my hair to demonstrate. I knew I was in safe hands and trusted everything she told me.Throughout the process, Edite struck a perfect balance between chatting and allowing comfortable silence. I avoided looking in the mirror until Edite had almost finished the blow dry.What I saw made me cry instantly. She had made my hair so beautiful that my forehead was cleverly covered and my hair looked just incredible. I felt 20 years younger!Edite was so kind and gentle when I cried. She gave me a hug and found me a tissue.She kindly took these photos of my hair.I am absolutely thrilled with my hair and never thought it possible that it could look so good.I literally skipped out of the salon and, rather than avoid my reflection, looked in as many shop windows and mirrors that I could, smiling with joy and confidence at my reflection.Thank you Edite. You have made such an incredible difference to my hair and self esteem.If ever I’m back in Cambridge, I will definitely book in for another appointment with you. Thank you thank you thank you.
