Amy from Rome did my balayage and it looked absolutely amazing, I was genuinely shocked with how beautiful the hair turned out and it was miles better than the reference photo i showed her. She also gave me a lot of great advice in taking care of my hair afterwards and I genuinely had a brilliant experience with her. I will definitely come back again!

Rush has never disappointed me in these years here in London, and today was a wonderful day, from start to finish, as it always has been. A brief consultation to explain the radical change I wanted to make, and off we went... Throughout this journey, Maggie was always there, accompanying me through this change, telling me step by step what was right to do and giving me motivation. A cuddle and a smile made me understand that she too was excited during the "journey" and that, like me, she couldn't wait to see the final result. As you can see from the photos, my hair looks "fresher," "relaxed," as if to say: you've finally given us back to "life." An infinite thank you to Maggie, and I promise to work harder to keep my hair "alive" by following your precious advice. Thanks again, and see you soon, as always.

I had a consultation with Emy who was super lovely and explained what I needed to cover the greys, remove brassiness and blend my balayage. I had a root coverup, toner, trim and blow dry. Results were amazing - even colour, neat trim and hair is shiny. Got 50% off and very happy! Grazie

Chika is an amazing hairdresser! She is so friendly, cheerful, and always makes you feel welcome. She really listens to what you want and does a fantastic job every time. My hair is quite dry and frizzy, but she is brilliant at cutting and blow-drying it so it looks smooth and healthy. I always leave feeling really happy with my hair. She always takes the time to understand what I want from each visit whilst also sharing her ideas and options - which I’ve welcomed - she’s never been wrong! I came here for the first time this weekend having been to a different rush most of my adult life. New to the area I thought I’d stick with Rush as they have all my points and details. They were so helpful over the phone, and when I arrived they were so lovely and kind the whole way through. I never felt like I’d been left for too long with the colour on which can be an issue. Excellent customer service making me feel valued. Can’t wait to go back! I had Andrea who was lovely but I’m sure they all are ☺️

I always have such a lovely experience here at Rush Chiswick. The staff members are so sweet and attentive especially Agie, Hannah & Chika from my own experience. They care about their customers and if there’s ever an inconvenience (which is rare) they try their best to accommodate!

I’ve happily been seeing Chica for a few years now. After moving to London, I struggled to find a stylist who could lighten my hair without it looking dull or flat — but Chica got it perfectly right: golden, warm tones that look glossy and natural! More recently, I wanted a change — my hair had become a bit limp (thank you, menopause!) and I needed more bounce and shape. Chica completely understood, offered thoughtful suggestions, and created chunky layers with movement and life — exactly what I hoped for. Her service is always personalised and consistent. I had the most wonderful blow dry at Rush in Chiswick! Hannah, my stylist, was absolutely lovely and took care of me from the moment I walked in. The service was exceptional—Hannah took the time to consult with me about my hair needs and how I wanted my style to look, ensuring everything was perfect. I was even offered coffee, tea, or another drink, which made the experience even more enjoyable during my busy schedule. The salon manager, Agnieszka, was also incredibly kind and welcoming, adding a warm and friendly touch to the whole visit. The service was flawless, and I’d give it five stars without hesitation.
