**Love, love, loveee my hair\! 😍❤️** A huge thank you to Boris for helping me restore my hair and making me feel like *me* again\! ✂️✨ When I first walked in, I was honestly embarrassed about the condition of my hair\. After postpartum hair loss, dryness, split ends and simply neglecting my hair for a while, I had really lost confidence in it\. From the moment I met Boris, I felt so comfortable\. He is such a lovely person and made me feel completely at ease\. He talked me through every step, listened carefully to what outcome I wanted, and made sure I was comfortable with everything — even when it came to the length of my hair\. He reassured me throughout the whole process, and I really appreciated that\. ❤️ If anyone is like me and feels they’ve neglected their hair because they’ve been prioritising their children and everyone else instead of themselves, **please go and see Boris\!** He will make you feel comfortable, listened to and, most importantly, so much better about yourself afterwards\. 🥰 And P\.S… I absolutely LOVE the way he used the straighteners to curl my hair\! 😍🔥 **Thank you so much, Boris — you did a wonderful job\! ✂️❤️✨**

Had the most amazing hair appointment today with the lovely Azize. Have never before walked out of a salon experience feeling so confident and happy with my hair. Would thoroughly recommend.

Had my hair done a few times now by Eljona, I’m always really happy with the colour and she does a fantastic job at translating my vision into reality. Definitely recommend!

Azize is absolutely spectacular, I am in love with my Balayage. I specifically said, no yellow or ginger tones and she understood the assignment. She is so sweet and attentive, her attention to detail is spot on!!!

Vicky and Yuliya were amazing. Super friendly and hospitable and managed to find an emergency slot for my daughter.

Yuliya was amazing. My hair looks fantastic, she used the fusio do and hair straighteners to give my hair a lovely beach wave look. Definitely recommend!

I had my hair cut for the first time in 4 years, so this was a pretty big transformation for me and I had a lot taken off! I was understandably a little nervous, but the whole experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I arrived very early for my appointment, but this wasn’t a problem at all for Vicky, the manager. She made me feel very welcome, offered me tea and magazines, and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. In fact, Mia the hairstylist was able to start my appointment earlier than planned, which was such a lovely bonus. Mia was absolutely lovely throughout. She listened carefully to what I wanted, took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. She was so attentive and reassuring, especially given how much hair I was having cut off! I left the salon with a haircut that was exactly what I wanted which, honestly, is a first for me! I’m so happy with the result and really grateful to Mia for making such a big change feel so easy and comfortable. Thank you so much to Mia and Vicky for making me feel so welcome and looked after. I’ll definitely be coming back! (But I won't leave it 4 years this time!)

This was my first time seeing a hair stylist instead of just a barber, and it was a lot better! My stylist, Bee, really took the time to listen to what I wanted with my hair and she delivered exactly that. I'm super happy with how it turned out.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Bee at RUSH Crystal palace highly enough! She is genuinely an incredibly talented hairstylist and someone who clearly takes great pride in her work. From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt completely comfortable and confident that my hair was in the right hands. Bee really listened to what I wanted, understood the look I was trying to achieve and then somehow made it even better than I had imagined. I absolutely love the colour, highlights, tone and overall finish. The way she has blended the shade is beautiful — it looks sophisticated, natural and full of dimension. My hair feels refreshed, healthier and so much more polished. What I particularly appreciate about Bee is her attention to detail. She doesn't rush the process; she takes the time to make sure everything is just right. The cut and styling frame my face beautifully, and the colour complements my skin tone perfectly. I have had so many compliments on my hair, and I genuinely feel amazing with it. Beyond being exceptionally skilled, Bee is also warm, friendly and professional, which makes the whole salon experience enjoyable. Finding a hairstylist you completely trust is not always easy, but Bee is definitely that person for me now. I had a cut and colour with Boris today in Crystal Palace. He was absolutely wonderful and took such care and time to make sure I wa a happy. I really only went in for a trim and to cover the greys ahead of wedding but left feeling like I had had a full restyle. Wonderful service.
