Highly recommend this salon! So happy with my highlights and the overall experience. My stylist (Maha) took time to ensure she knew exactly what I wanted and kept checking in throughout to ensure I was happy / comfortable (which I was!). The other girls in the salon were also very friendly and attentive, helping Maha where they could, offering me teas/coffees and making general chat chat. Will definitely return!

I have been coming to rush crystal palace for more than 2 years. I love how the girls look after me. I am 70plus, the love and care I get from this team is endless.

I recently decided to go to Rush and I am never going to leave them now! I’ve found my forever hair salon! My stylist was Patience And she did an amazing job cutting my hair. She listened to everything I wanted for my hair and the things I was worried about. She knew that I was anxious because I had a bad experience before in another salon (NOT Rush!) and so she cut my hair in stages, explaining what she was going to be doing in advance and showing me in the mirror after each stage.

I was listened to, and I felt involved in my hair cut, I felt cared for and in safe hands. I walked out with a beautiful classic style, perfectly straight without the need for straighteners and with lovely movement. I can’t recommend her enough. The salon has a lovely friendly atmosphere. The woman on reception (I think her name is Jess) was also very lovely. She listened and was warm and empathetic. Everyone was professional at all times and I am going back very soon for my colour. Can wait to see the results for that!

I had an amazing balayage experience with Azize yesterday. She really listened to me not wanting it to have too much root and she was careful not to leave the toner on for too long, which I've had experiences with in the past. Its really nicely blended and the attention to detail with the colour around my hairline on my face was really impressive. I will definitely be going back to her for my balayage in the future.

Well, I could not have had a nicer experience. The girls were so friendly. Maha listened to everything I said. I have long hair and half an inch off (I'm bald), I'm that person.
My hair looks amazing and I am very happy. I will return.

This is my second visit to Rush Crystal Palace with stylist Azize. It has been 10 weeks between appointments. I had a full head of highlights and cut and blow dry. My hair has sat beautifully throughout the cut was so good. My colour was not only just as I requested, it has also remained perfect. Azize is welcoming, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The Olaplex treatment is absolutely worth having, the condition of my hair is noticeably improved after just one application. The salon has a lovely atmosphere, it's buzzy and all members of the team are super nice. A very happy client!

I booked last night online and spoke to a lovely girl called Eljiona over the phone this morning. I didn't really know what I wanted but I knew I needed some one who knew what they were doing. I'm now sat, swishing my beautified hair due to her and her customer care. She explained exactly what she needed to do, consulted with me every step and gave me options and solutions. She also listened to what I wanted in regards to the cu. She took her time, ironically she didn't make me feel rushed. Thank you very much - I'll see you in Feb for my already booked appointment. My first time at Rush Hair, and it was a great experience! I needed an appointment urgently and couldn’t find a slot anywhere because of the colour sale, but the lady on the phone kindly fit me in for the next day. The salon had such a warm, welcoming vibe - I was offered coffee and cookies while my stylist, Eljona, listened carefully and gave great suggestions, I didn’t feel rushed at all. The lady who washed my hair was amazing too — the head massage was so relaxing! I spent three lovely hours chatting, relaxing, and getting exactly the look I wanted. Prices are a bit higher than some other competitor salons, but the excellent service and staff made it totally worth it on the day. Thank you!

The Rush ladies made my first time feel magic. I booked a last minute appointment on a Sunday! And did not feel rushed or made to feel inconvenient. Quite the opposite. They consulted and worked as a team to ensure I was happy.
Azize worked wonders on my full head foils and toner. She was so lovely and warm.

Enjona dyed my hair, gave me a Kerastase treatment and a blow dry. It was a complete transformation from brown to red. I had brown hair with a balayage going into quite blonde tips, and I had accidentally dyed my roots too dark.

I had always wanted to try a natural red look, but had always been told it couldn’t be done or wouldn’t look good, or couldn’t be done without copious bleaching of my roots. So the look felt out of reach, as my hair was dry and damaged by years of heat and occasional bleach.

Enjona consulted with me for a long time to work out what colour I wanted. I wanted to keep the balayage element of my hair, but finally try this red tone. It turned out that the unique colour needed to create the look I wanted was a mix of natural coppery gingers and a more artificial red, even though I wanted it to look as natural as possible.

I realised, through the extensive consultation, that I want vibrant drama for my hair. I want as much contrast and colour as possible, without it looking silly or fake. I want to look extraordinary… in short…

Enjona totally got the brief and designed a custom colour palette that honoured my dark roots, avoided bleach, and shifted into a deep ginger. The semi-permanent colour should last up to 12 weeks, and we discussed a colour-protecting shampoo and conditioner for my look that I bought before I left. I also rebooked the gloss to be redone just before Christmas, as advised.

I left the salon with the most natural-looking deep red hair, that looks like it’s always been on my head. This is goddess times. Trust Enjona.
