I've been coming to Crystal Palace Rush for many years and Mia's colouring technique show skills beyond her years, she managed to get the perfect colour first time, and It was a truely lovely experience.

I’ve had a beautiful bayliage, cut and finish done by the amazing eljona. She listened to my hair history, and went above and beyond to get a lovely colour result. I will be coming back and can’t reccomend enough- especially, ladies, if you’re a brunette that wants to get blonde colour results but are unsure the avenue to go down- we settled on a bayliage today! Beautiful results

Very impressed with this hair salon especially the person that dealt with my hair Maria. Not many salons can take care of curly hair well but she gave me a great experience focusing on keeping my hair healthy and not over exposing it to too many chemicals. With a wash and head massage with a deep conditioner she moved onto straightening and blow drying my hair gently making sure she worked in sections. Overall a superb experience with great convo and most impressed with the care for my curls. Definitely recommend for curly heads. Thank you very much Maria

Azize really takes her time and puts alot of care into your hair. I absolutely loved the colour, I had an ash blonde balayage. I will definitely be booking in again soon!

great experience with Azize, amazing service beautiful haircut. i have a strict one length boob and full fringe and she did excellent with getting it all perfect. She listened to what i wanted and gave great recommendations for ways to help build my hair quality and strength which where with my budget. Will be back in 8 weeks for my next hair cut

**Love, love, loveee my hair\! 😍❤️** A huge thank you to Boris for helping me restore my hair and making me feel like *me* again\! ✂️✨ When I first walked in, I was honestly embarrassed about the condition of my hair\. After postpartum hair loss, dryness, split ends and simply neglecting my hair for a while, I had really lost confidence in it\. From the moment I met Boris, I felt so comfortable\. He is such a lovely person and made me feel completely at ease\. He talked me through every step, listened carefully to what outcome I wanted, and made sure I was comfortable with everything — even when it came to the length of my hair\. He reassured me throughout the whole process, and I really appreciated that\. ❤️ If anyone is like me and feels they’ve neglected their hair because they’ve been prioritising their children and everyone else instead of themselves, **please go and see Boris\!** He will make you feel comfortable, listened to and, most importantly, so much better about yourself afterwards\. 🥰 And P\.S… I absolutely LOVE the way he used the straighteners to curl my hair\! 😍🔥 **Thank you so much, Boris — you did a wonderful job\! ✂️❤️✨**

Azize is absolutely spectacular, I am in love with my Balayage. I specifically said, no yellow or ginger tones and she understood the assignment. She is so sweet and attentive, her attention to detail is spot on!!!

Vicky and Yuliya were amazing. Super friendly and hospitable and managed to find an emergency slot for my daughter.

Yuliya was amazing. My hair looks fantastic, she used the fusio do and hair straighteners to give my hair a lovely beach wave look. Definitely recommend!

I had my hair cut for the first time in 4 years, so this was a pretty big transformation for me and I had a lot taken off! I was understandably a little nervous, but the whole experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I arrived very early for my appointment, but this wasn’t a problem at all for Vicky, the manager. She made me feel very welcome, offered me tea and magazines, and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. In fact, Mia the hairstylist was able to start my appointment earlier than planned, which was such a lovely bonus. Mia was absolutely lovely throughout. She listened carefully to what I wanted, took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. She was so attentive and reassuring, especially given how much hair I was having cut off! I left the salon with a haircut that was exactly what I wanted which, honestly, is a first for me! I’m so happy with the result and really grateful to Mia for making such a big change feel so easy and comfortable. Thank you so much to Mia and Vicky for making me feel so welcome and looked after. I’ll definitely be coming back! (But I won't leave it 4 years this time!)
