She talked me through the whole process and made me feel so comfortable during all of it! Suggesting ideas and new products to try and the final result was honestly breathtaking! I had my hair coloured in December by Jenna and she was great. She’s really friendly, made me feel comfortable straight away, and as a fellow EastEnders fan we had a good chat which made the appointment fly by!

My hair had very dark black box dye on it and I was honestly amazed at how well she lifted the colour the result was far better than I expected. I really love how it’s turned out and couldn’t be happier.
