I've had my hair done at a few Rush salons and the quality of staff is always fantastic. Michael recently did my hair at the Guildford branch and he did a fantastic job; more importantly though he listened to what I wanted and was just as motivated as I was with walking away with a good result. Great experience getting my hair trimmed today. I booked with Jenna and i am glad I did. Jenna listened to what I wanted and was understanding that i washed my own hair at home (head psoriasis as sensitive to other shampoo). Was the quickest, relaxing hair cut I have had in years. Thank you 😊

The service was on time, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere - I have had prior experience at the salon where the staff were under pressure and rushed, but they maintain positive customer care.I have strawberry blonde hair and wanted natural-looking highlights to avoid obvious roots when regrowth occurs, and the stylist discussed with me how this could best be achieved; the results are a gentle brightening that adds depth and interest and I am very happy with how it turned out. I also had a fringe added which the stylist took care to cut in a way that works best for my hair type and the fact that I wear glasses most days!

After having a previous bad experience at the salon, I received quick and understanding responses from Leanne in the client care team and had an appointment arranged to fix my hair with Michael. I was really nervous about going back to get my hair done but Michael communicated with me a lot throughout the appointment and made sure to understand exactly what I wanted to make me feel confident again with my hair.
