Kim was amazing! I had such a great experience. It was my first time having my hair coloured and highlighted. She talked me through it and explained the process. She also cut and blow dried my hair beautifully. Would 100% recommend her.

I had my first visit to this salon after my old one closed down recently, so I wasn’t really familiar with the stylists or how the service was, however my stylist who done my wash and cut was Ayesha, she was really lovely and understanding of what I needed to get cut, but also wanting to keep my hair length. I would definitely visit again, the salon and staff seem friendly and welcoming if you are new, not just to the regulars! Thank you Ayesha :) UPDATE: I was sad to find out Ayesha has now left Rush Ilford and had my appointment today with Alina - totally wonderful and patient person and so attentive! I was worried I won’t have a stylist like Ayesha again but those worries are now gone, thank you for such as amazing hair cut/style Alina! 😊

She tackled every concern I had about my hair and informed me with lots of knowledge about what haircut would suit me best as I wasn’t sure alongside helping me figure out with hair products I could use that would genuinely tame my frizzy hair. Amazing customer service; friendly & hilarious - impossible to dislike!

Had highlights cut and blowdry with Ferda today. My hair looks lovely. Thank you Ferda. This is a nice salon. Staff are very friendly and helpful even though they are extremely busy. I shall definitely be returning.

Had a really good experience getting my hair done. I had a wash cut and blow dry for only £61. Alina who was very lovely recommended products to help my hair as it very damaged and dry. She also helped me pick a style and did layers. Altogether I’m very happy with the service I received and would likely book again.

Returned for another balayage by Sydoney who is an excellent stylist. Provided me with really useful advice and product recommendations. I will be continuing to book with her in the future! Love the end result, again!
