I always have my hair done at the Rush shop in Ilford and always find staff friendly and welcoming. Kym does my hair each visit and she always advises me, and guides me on how I should have my hair in a friendly and professional manner. She never pushes me for any extras and always does an amazing job and I leave feeling good about my hair she's done for me. Kym and the girls at ilford keep up the good work your doing and all deserve a payrise ☺️.

I had an amazing experience at this salon from start to finish. When I first came in to book my appointment, Henna took the time to listen carefully and thoroughly explain everything related to my concerns, which immediately put me at ease.

On the day of my appointment, I was warmly welcomed by a lovely stylist Kim, who made me feel so comfortable from the moment I sat down. She really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered helpful advice throughout. Her attention to detail and professionalism truly stood out.

I’m absolutely in love with my colour, cut, and blow-dry the results exceeded my expectations! The whole experience felt relaxing, personalised, and genuinely enjoyable. You can tell the team really cares about their clients and takes pride in their work.

I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for high-quality service and a welcoming atmosphere.

I had such a great experience with Ozel! My last haircut with a different stylist wasn’t the best, so I was a bit nervous going in, but she completely changed that for me. She really knows what she’s doing and pays so much attention to detail. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted — if not better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and takes pride in it. I left feeling so happy with the result. Definitely recommend her!

I , Kulbir Kaur had a wonderful experience 🎉 with Rachel ❤️ when I attended my appointment last Wednesday. She did an amazing job cutting and bleaching my hair and finished it beautifully with a blow-dry. She was not only very professional but also genuinely caring in the way she worked.

First, she carefully listened to what I wanted and then kindly guided me with her professional advice, which I really appreciated. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment and truly made my day.

I had the most amazing experience today! Hanna [sorry if I've spelt that wrong!] completely transformed my hair and did an incredible job. I went in wanting a ‘Teddy Bear Bronde’ look with more blonde showing at the roots, and she gave me exactly what I asked for the blend is seamless and it looks beautiful. A huge thank you to Angel as well for being so kind and supportive throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend this salon

I had a frizzy,dry, very light colour highlights on my hair and I wanted get rid of the split ends, dryness and change my hair colour.

In my first appointment Miss Rachel gave me a consultation with a plan & her suggestions. Followed by we started a treatment with a couple of days, (full head highlight +hair cut + wash wid blow dry)

She turned my hair into glossy shiny and decent colour look. I really appreciate her efforts and she’s calm, gentle and friendly also she’ll listen to client’s preference & also gave suggestion/ recommendation.
