She was attentive, fast and deeply considerate of my hair’s health. She explained the entire process step-by-step to get my hair back to my usual look seamlessly. I had such a lovely experience at the salon today, especially as it was my first time visiting. I’m absolutely delighted with my hair and would like to thank Eliza specifically for doing such an incredible job. Eliza was very intentional and paid extra attention to detail. My hair turned out beautifully and is exactly what I was hoping for. Everyone at the salon was so friendly, welcoming and professional, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Antonietta did the most beautiful half head highlights tone and cut and style!!! Came in for first time and she perfectly executed exactly what i asked for in consultation! Highly recommend

Elissa was amazing! I was so nervous about the colouring. I’d been trying to grow my hair out for years for its health and it had just looked less healthy and more bedraggled, so I bit the bullet and decided to give it a cut and colour again. Elissa understood exactly what I wanted! I’ve had some bad fringe cuts at other places when I’ve asked for bangs but Elissa did my bangs PERFECTLY. The layers look amazing and have added so much volume to my hair. I also can’t believe how gorgeous the colour is, my friends have all said how natural it looks and how much healthier. It’s like gold! I feel so much prettier!! My only suggestion is that the salon owner books in more buffer time between appointments for hairdressers for their wellbeing. Elissa had had a couple of anxious clients who needed more explaining, so I could see that she hadn’t had time for a break or even lunch and I left at 4:45pm. It seems like everyone is rushed off their feet which didn’t seem fair, although everyone was still friendly. Elissa did a great job in a stressful environment and I will definitely be back!!

2nd time coming here and couldn't be happier. I chose Antonella again and she didn't disappoint me, exactly how I wanted and very professional. I'd recommend her anytime :)

Had a wonderful experience with Laura, who cut and styled my hair amazingly. She is genuinely so lovely, I had to go in later that week to touch up some front pieces that I wasn’t entirely happy with and she had no issue accommodating me and making sure I was perfectly happy with the way my hair looked. Definitely recommend booking with her!

Adrian graciously accommodated me as a last-minute walk-in, and did an amazing job cleaning up my hairstyle and making it sleek and easy to care for. Really nice relaxing wash with a little massage, too. I’ll be back!

I got highlights and a haircut here during their spring promo where haircut was half price if you get colour. Adrian was very professional and helped me choose the exact kind of hair colour I want. It was a hot day so the only issue was the temperature in the salon but this doesn’t take away from my 5 star experience! I’m very happy with both the highlights and a straight bob I got:)

I highly highly recommend this salon!! I visited Rush Hair for the first time last week, as I was in town for a wedding. Never having gone to the salon before, I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. However, as soon as I booked the appointment, I could tell this place was professional. I got a confirmation email and received another reminder email as my appointment approached. The salon is small but cozy. When I arrived, I was offered a beverage. The staff were friendly and made me feel very comfortable and welcome the entire time. I had booked a glossing and a blow out. Before we got started, my stylist Laura and I had about a 15 minute consultation, then we got started. During the process, I was checked in with regularly by my stylist, and staff while the color set. The stylist gave me great advice on how to continue caring for my hair and recommended products that would benefit it. I left feeling and looking fantastic with a really refreshed look. If and when I visit London again, I will 100% be going to Rush again.
