Just had my hair done by Della this afternoon and I'm over the moon! Always a pleasure coming in! I come in with crazy ideas sometimes and she always achieves what I'm looking for, giving me tips and advice on how to maintain colour and keep my hair healthy when I change colours like the wind! 10/10 service and I can't wait to see you for my touch ups in a few weeks ☺️

I had such a great experience at my first visit ☺️! I popped in for a quick chat about my hair and to see if they can achieve the look I wanted. I spoke to Della at my arrival and I have booked in with her for the next day. I am very pleased with the results! She gave me a beautiful blonde colour and the hair cut she suggested, I love so much! She was very professional from start to finish, mixed with a good sense of humour which is great when you spend hours somewhere 😄.Massive thank you to Della for giving me such a good experience! Looking forward to my next appointment!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced .I attended an appointment today at your Kingston branch at 12:00 PM. This appointment was originally scheduled for the 7th of June, but I received a call just two hours before informing me that my hairdresser was unwell and I would need to reschedule. Although this disrupted my plans, I was understanding and accepted a new time for today.As a mother to a two-year-old, finding time for appointments like this is incredibly challenging. My schedule has very little flexibility, so I was grateful to still secure a weekend booking.However, upon my arrival today, I was deeply disappointed with how I was treated. Two hairdressers were already attending to clients—one performing foils and the other conducting a consultation. I was not greeted or acknowledged for some time. When I was finally approached, I explained that I had a 12:00 PM appointment and was asked to take a seat.Shortly after, the male hairdresser shouted across the room, telling me I didn’t need a tint and that my hair was "too blonde" and required highlights instead. I found this incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I explained that I usually get a root tint due to grey/white regrowth and include a few lowlights to add dimension, but he looked at me with clear disapproval before turning back to his client.Your website states that all appointments include a colour consultation, but I never expected that to involve being shouted at across the salon.The other stylist, once finished with her client, approached me and asked again what I wanted. I repeated my usual request and expressed openness to advice. She then went to the front desk and began discussing my appointment with the male stylist. It became clear something wasn’t right. Although no one had informed me of any issues, I waited patiently, hoping things would be resolved.The female stylist seemed shocked and unsure how to proceed. I overheard her asking if she could move the appointment over to him, but he ignored her. Eventually, he turned and again shouted across the room, saying they were under pressure because a stylist was off sick. His tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.I calmly asked why he was speaking to me that way, reminding him I was just a customer attending my scheduled appointment. His response was unnecessarily aggressive, and at no point did I receive an apology or explanation for the poor communication.What was meant to be a much-needed moment of self-care turned into an unbelievably upsetting experience. This was such a rare opportunity for me to have some much needed me time and have my hair transformed . I left in tears, in complete disbelief at how I had been treated. As someone who works in customer service myself, I was stunned by the lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic courtesy. Given it was a Sunday , there was obviously no opportunity to find a new salon at such short notice .After reviewing online feedback, I can see I am not the only customer who has had this type of experience with this staff member. It’s extremely disappointing to see someone like this representing your brand.I sincerely hope this matter is taken seriously, and that other clients do not have to endure the same treatment in the future.

I had my hair done yesterday and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Della gave me such a beautiful balayage - it’s exactly what I wanted. She also gave me a wash, cut and blow dry and my hair feels so healthy and fresh. I’ve already had so many compliments!Della was really lovely throughout and gave me loads of helpful tips for looking after the colour and styling it at home, which I really appreciated. The whole team were super friendly and welcoming – such a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Huge thank you to Della and the team – already looking forward to my next appointment!

Absolutely love my hair. Thank you so much Della! Came in for a root touch up today and I’m still in love with the colour. Photo is from my previous appointment where Della took me from faded red box dye to this gorgeous fox tail hair red to black. She is really friendly and had great suggestions for next time! Can’t wait till my next appointment. Couldn’t recommend anyone better.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Della, firstly feel like I’ve made a friend for life! Not even a hairstylist but oh wow, beautiful hair as well. Della really listened to what I wanted and gave expert suggestions that suited my face shape and skin tone perfectly. Had such a great experience with Deimante as my stylist. So lovely and really took the time to understand the look I was trying to achieve. The results are amazing, and she created such an amazing blonde colour which was better than I ever could have imagined. I’m so happy with my hair, serviced by Della! She took me from old grown out highlights to a beautiful scalp bleach.At my first appointment, she explained what the process will need to be and how long the journey to reach my desired colour would take. She also gave me aftercare advice and product recommendations.I travel from central London to get my hair done by della and it’s SO worth the journey to finally have someone who listens to and achieves what I want.The salon itself is a friendly and welcoming environment, with all staff in there being attentive and a pleasure to talk to.Reasonable pricing and excellent offers to take advantage of too!

I forgot to write a review But around a month ago, I got my hair done here And I cannot explain to you how lovely and polite and how patient everyone is there. The owner is absolutely lovely and Deimante who actually done my hair really understood exactly what I wanted, I generally couldn’t be happier I’ve deffo found my place and my person! ❤️❤️❤️
