I had a fantastic experience with Daniela at Rush West Hampstead. She was so patient and took the time to really understand exactly what I wanted before she started. She also talked me through her recommendations, making sure I was happy and comfortable with every decision. I completely trusted her, and she did an amazing job with my hair. I’d never been brave enough to get layers before, but she absolutely nailed them (genuinely don’t think I’ll ever go back to having one length now!) The salon itself is warm and welcoming too. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend Daniela!!

Cecelia did an absolutely fantastic job colour correcting my hair to get it the shade I wanted! She went above and beyond and really took her time because she knew how important this was to me even though it was not an easy task! She is very much a perfectionist and that’s exactly what you want in your hair stylist! The rest of the team was so kind and friendly and I really enjoyed my first visit there and have definitely become a regular!

Love this place, will never get my hair cut anywhere else! I see Iwona every three months, and just like the other ladies she is absolutely spot on. My cut is always exactly what I ask for, and she always gives the best guidance if I’m unsure. The finishing blow dry - always so bouncy and fresh - lasts me for days & feels so healthy. Couldn’t recommend the salon and the lovely stylists more!!!!

I always had a hard time with switching hairstylists, but she really listened to what I’ve wanted and explained how everything would be done and why, so I felt better straight away. Iwona was amazing! I had a wonderful experience with her! Even though the salon was packed and she was managing a few clients at once, she made me feel completely looked after. She's incredibly attentive, hilarious, and shared so much great advice on how to care for my hair. Her energy is just infectious :) I left feeling pampered, happy, and absolutely loving my hair. 10/10!
