Always an amazing friendly and relaxing service with great expertise. I started coming to RUSH Stratford about a year ago (since I wanted a particular style) and both Sital and Claudia helped me hugely so I’ve been coming back ever since!

I had a wonderful experience at the salon recently, where Tom and Natalie made me feel like a truly valued guest. My hair was done beautifully and I would highly recommend this salon.

The service was excellent and professional. The choice to visit this place really paid off and left a good impression. My hair looks really great.

Always a pleasure to get my hair cut with Aushra, she’s able to advise on suggestions and change things up where it makes sense which is a mark of experience and high skill. A dose of dry humour also very much appreciated after a long week!

had such a great experience at RUSH Stratford! I went in for a blow dry with a Fusio Dose treatment and honestly, it was amazing. My hair felt so soft, smooth, and healthy afterwards, it looked and felt like a total transformation. The staff were friendly, professional, and really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. The salon has a great atmosphere too. I walked out feeling so confident and happy with my hair. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

Claudia is an exceptionally professional and highly experienced hairdresser who truly listens to what I want while also advising honestly on what will suit me best. I completely trust her professional opinion, which means I can fully relax knowing my hair will always turn out exactly how I want it to be.

What really sets Claudia apart is her unique and thoughtful approach. She will always advise against a style or colour if it’s not right for me, and that level of honesty and care is priceless.

A special mention as well to the front of house team, especially Cristina, who is always attentive, organised, and helpful. I book my appointments well in advance, which makes it easy to get the times that suit me best, and the whole process is always seamless.

From the moment I sat down, she really listened to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. The balayage is so beautifully blended and natural-looking, and the cut has given my hair so much life and movement.

I have been going to rush Stratford for so many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have been getting my hair cut and coloured by Claudia who is absolutely a superstar at what she does for many years. The whole team make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive “I’m just sorry I can’t remember all names” but honestly they are all amazing and praise one another and us the customers before we leave.

I know for a fact anyone who goes to rush Stratford and gets hair by Claudia will never want to let anyone else touch there hair again and I’m sure the whole team will give that same impression to anyone. I can only give 5 stars but if I could give more they would be limitless. I’ve been going to Roshni for a couple of years now and I’m always really happy with my hair. She does a great job with my root colour , it always looks natural and lasts well and my haircuts are consistently spot on. She really listens and makes you feel comfortable every time.
