Could not be any happier. Claudia is just amazing. I came in with a really bad balayage that went wrong at another salon and I was so upset with how it looked. But she completely transformed it! She worked her magic so well that I came back again today and I’ve left with beautiful hair once again. I definitely recommend her, she’s fantastic!!

I can highly recommend Rush in Stratford, and Stylist Petru. Reception staff are welcoming, Petru did an incredible job of adding all the bounce to my hair exactly as I'd hoped for. And this was my second time, so I know the cut lasts really well.

I came in feeling really frustrated with my hair. My highlights had turned an unwanted yellow, and my strands were quite damaged. I originally thought I’d just have to cut it all off and give up, but my stylist was incredible.

Robert immediately understood my vision and recommended a repair treatment and a toner to bring me back to my natural shade (and I love the pink in it...).

Because I prefer a low-maintenance routine, he gave me great advice on styles that don't require constant salon visits. I even asked for curtain bangs, but he honestly advised against them based on my hair type, which I really appreciated! For the first time in a long time, I walked out feeling confident and like myself again. Thank you so much, Robert!

had such a great experience at RUSH Stratford! I went in for a blow dry with a Fusio Dose treatment and honestly, it was amazing. My hair felt so soft, smooth, and healthy afterwards, it looked and felt like a total transformation. The staff were friendly, professional, and really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. The salon has a great atmosphere too. I walked out feeling so confident and happy with my hair. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

What really sets Claudia apart is her unique and thoughtful approach. She will always advise against a style or colour if it’s not right for me, and that level of honesty and care is priceless.

A special mention as well to the front of house team, especially Cristina, who is always attentive, organised, and helpful. I book my appointments well in advance, which makes it easy to get the times that suit me best, and the whole process is always seamless.
