I recently had a disappointing experience at the salon, primarily due to the receptionist, Cristina. When I arrived to get my hair redone because I wasn't satisfied with the first attempt, she didn’t greet me at all and simply instructed the stylist with a dismissive “put her there,” without even making eye contact. While I was getting my hair done, I noticed her giving me dirty looks through the mirror, which was quite uncomfortable. To make matters worse, she overcharged me for having “long/thick” hair, which my hair is neither, but thankfully the manager refunded me.Despite the rude treatment from Cristina, I want to express my gratitude to Roshni and Lily for their excellent work in fixing my hair. They were professional and made the experience much better! And I put a 5 start rating only because of the stylist.

I had the best experience with Ausra - she did a warm brown balayage for me and I absolutely love how it turned out and have gotten so many compliments! She was so lovely, patient and gave me a bunch of hair care tips as well - I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their hair done :)

Dyed my hair for the first time at Rush and decided to go for a lighter balayage. Galina did an incredible job and really took the time to figure out what would suit me. I’m in love with the colour and look she achieved on my dark hair for my graduation day!

Aushra is the queen of blonde highlights! She's thorough and thoughtful with the positioning, taking care to get them to the roots so my highlights look fresh for ages. She's great at giving hair care advice and I'm so glad to have found a hairdresser that takes pride in their work!

I got a balayage and hair cut by Grace at the salon. She did an amazing job and really listened to what I wanted. She’s added amazing dimension to my hair! Definitely recommend this salon! My hair still feels super healthy even though it has been bleached.

Rush Westfield Stratford had my hair done, however colour and highlights hadn’t come out the way I was expecting like all other timesLily Manager took everything on-board gave personal number sent pictures screenshots, booked me in Grace remedy hairdresser. We spoke about all options plan into place. All I can say, this salon with all staff listen to customers and always happy to help hence my favourite

I had an amazing experience with Ausra who did an amazing warm brown balayage for my graduation. My hair is long and thick and needed colour correction. Ausra was so patient and spent hours perfecting my hair and gave me exactly what I wanted!! She gave me her input and recommendations to help me decide what would be best and I am so glad I put my full trust in her. Her customer service was impeccable and her work speaks for itself!
