It was my first appointment with Elsa, and I chose her after reading all of her amazing reviews here — she absolutely lived up to them! She took so much time and care with my half head highlights combined with balayage, and I’m honestly in love with the results.

She really listened to everything I wanted and created an absolute masterpiece. The beautiful blow dry finish was the perfect touch before the party I was heading to. I’ll definitely be trusting Elsa with my hair again and would highly recommend her!

Always so happy with the natural-looking result (never easy for blonde!) I couldn’t recommend Victoria enough for her attention to detail, helpful advice and meticulous execution (also she always makes it a fun and enjoyable time!) Definitely recommend!

Walking into this salon was far more than just getting my hair done.

After being away for quite some time and not really having the opportunity to properly to get my hair done properly this felt like such a huge step for me personally. I wanted a completely fresh look, a new energy, a new version of myself again.

And from the very first phone call, Vicky made that possible.

Instant warmth. Instant comfort. Instant feeling of being genuinely cared for.

She was understanding, compassionate, patient, and such an incredible listener. In a world where people often rush you, she made me feel heard. That meant more than I can even explain.

Then I came into the salon and met my stylist, Maesela — and honestly, she was everything I could have hoped for and more.

Confident. Smart. Stylish. Sassy in the best way possible. And beautifully direct and honest.

She knew exactly what would work for me and what wouldn’t. You could immediately feel her experience, her creativity, and her passion. I trusted her completely.

This was my very first balayage, and I genuinely cannot put into words how emotional I felt seeing the final result.

I was overwhelmed.

Not just because my hair looked beautiful — but because for the first time in a long time, I looked in the mirror and felt something shift inside me again. Confidence. Lightness. Happiness. A part of myself returning.

People underestimate how deeply something like this can affect you emotionally. Sometimes it’s not “just hair.” Sometimes it’s healing. Sometimes it’s reclaiming yourself after difficult times.

That is exactly what this experience gave me.

The kindness, the atmosphere, the conversations, the care, the honesty — everything felt so genuine and full of heart.

Last minute hair cut after work. Open quite late so perfect for people who work. Got a wash cut blow dry with Hana. Head massage was lovely and Hana was so lovey and friends. Took into account what I wanted and also gave me advice on what would look best based on my hair. Thank you!

Ruby has been colouring and cutting my hair for a few years now and I am always really happy with the results. I recently started having highlights done and everyone has commented how good they look. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend Ruby.

I had such a great experience at the salon, and I have to give a special shoutout to Elsa! My hair was extremely dry and brittle when I came in, and I honestly didn’t think it could be transformed the way it was. Elsa did an amazing job, she completely revitalized my hair and gave me a whole new look that I absolutely love.
She’s not only incredibly skilled but also very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what my hair needed and explained everything clearly, which made me feel really confident in her hands.

Brilliant service, asked for layers and got exactly what I wanted! Was washed and cut by Elsa, she was so lovely and did an amazing job!

I was looked after by the lovely Elsa who met my expectations with dying my hair a bold red and cutting it to my liking. She was attentive and very kind throughout the whole process. It didn’t feel like I was at the salon for very long and I left very satisfied! Plus I booked the appointment during their 50% off colour service so was a bonus! I had colour correction/balayage done by Hana on 16/03/26 and I can't express how amazing she was. She really listened to what I wanted and gave her opinion on what would best suit my skin tone. Vickie (I hope I remembered the name correctly) on the front desk was also amazing and helped me in deciding with shade to go with. I had balayage done a few days prior to coming in and wasn't happy with the tone and colour of my hair - this was no fault on the hairdresser at all but more about what I thought I had wanted at the time. Hana and Vickie really were great and I absolutely love my hair colour :) xxx
