I had a fantastic experience at the salon! Communication with my hairdresser, Chloe, was excellent from start to finish. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, explained every step of the process clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my appointment. I'm so happy with the final result—the colour turned out exactly how I had envisioned it! Chloe is incredibly talented, professional, and has a real eye for detail. It was my first time at Rush and my stylist was so amazing Sophie,She understood the assignment I came for Permanent colour she made sure every single bit of my hair the greyy ones especially is all covered up amazing work very professional detailing. Looking forward for my next visit.

I had a t-section highlight and couldn’t be happier, Dorota did such a great job it’s so blonde and bright considering it’s just a t-section! And the young lady who blow dried my hair was so gentle with my hair, not raking through it like I’ve had at other places in the past. I rarely leave reviews but after going to other salons and having bad experiences with the condition of my hair from the bleach and blow drying I had to take a moment to give credit where it’s due. Great salon would 100% recommend and come back.

Went back after having hair colour gone wrong twice and had hair recoloured and rectified by Sophie. She was amazing she fully understood what I was trying to achieve. and sorted it out quickly. Such a lovely experience at Rush Windsor today! I moved to Singapore two years ago and have really struggled to find a stylist as good as Monika there! I got the chance to get my hair cut and highlighted by Monika back in Windsor today and love, love, love my new highlights and cut! I was beginning to think I just couldn’t have healthy looking long hair now in the menopause!! So grateful for her expert care and attention - hoping it’s as easy to style myself now until I get the chance to return! Thanks Monika!

Excellent telephone manner when booking appointment by Emma very professional even in person. Lily was absolutely amazing. Its my first visit to this salon i usually go to North London to get my hair done but I think after the exceptional service I recieved by both Emma and Lily I will definitely be coming back here. I work in Customer Service Management so these I pick up on little details and I can't fault anything. Staff like this make all the difference to a company's reputation. Thank you 😊

I have been getting my hair done at Rush Windsor for a while now. I have to say every time I have been there, the staff have been very attentive and lovely from reception, washing my hair to Monika who does an amazing job with my hair always! Great service every time. Premium service all round.

I came to this salon for the first time on 28-12-25 for a blow dry. I saw a lovely young lady called Harley. She was very friendly and made me feel welcome. She worked wonders with my hair too. Came for a cut and style. Lilly was my hairdresser and from the hairwash all the way to the final styling, she listened to what I wanted and gave some style tips as well.
