Went back after having hair colour gone wrong twice and had hair recoloured and rectified by Sophie. She was amazing she fully understood what I was trying to achieve. and sorted it out quickly. Such a lovely experience at Rush Windsor today! I moved to Singapore two years ago and have really struggled to find a stylist as good as Monika there! I got the chance to get my hair cut and highlighted by Monika back in Windsor today and love, love, love my new highlights and cut! I was beginning to think I just couldn’t have healthy looking long hair now in the menopause!! So grateful for her expert care and attention - hoping it’s as easy to style myself now until I get the chance to return! Thanks Monika!

Excellent telephone manner when booking appointment by Emma very professional even in person. Lily was absolutely amazing. Its my first visit to this salon i usually go to North London to get my hair done but I think after the exceptional service I recieved by both Emma and Lily I will definitely be coming back here. I work in Customer Service Management so these I pick up on little details and I can't fault anything. Staff like this make all the difference to a company's reputation.

I have been getting my hair done at Rush Windsor for a while now. I have to say every time I have been there, the staff have been very attentive and lovely from reception, washing my hair to Monika who does an amazing job with my hair always! Great service every time. Premium service all round.

I came to this salon for the first time on 28-12-25 for a blow dry. I saw a lovely young lady called Harley. She was very friendly and made me feel welcome. She worked wonders with my hair too. I've now booked a further appointment to have highlights done next month.

Came for a cut and style. Lilly was my hairdresser and from the hairwash all the way to the final styling, she listened to what I wanted and gave some style tips as well.

I dropped in randomly and last minute on a Saturday desperate for a haircut. The receptionist was so helpful and did her absolute best to fit me in somewhere. Lily did an absolutely fantastic cut without knowing me and I’m super pleased. I was also given advice from the receptionist around hair care for the more “mature” woman. I took my 8-year-old daughter to Rush in Windsor and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the team made her feel completely at ease. The stylist was absolutely brilliant – not only did she give my daughter a gorgeous haircut, but she also kept her entertained and smiling throughout. My daughter came out beaming, absolutely over the moon with her new look, and hasn’t stopped talking about it since.

It’s not always easy to find a salon where children feel comfortable, but Rush really went above and beyond. Warm, professional, and genuinely lovely – we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Rush Windsor have been fantastic! Love going there to get my balayage refreshed and recoloured every so often, the stylists are all lovely and definitely know what they are doing. I look forward to my appointments each time.

I have a balayage and cut here every 3- 4 months and its fantastic everytime. Had lovely Sam this time who was very attentive and kind and did my hair beautifully 😍 also had an amazing hair wash and unexpected head massage from Emma and that literally made my day, lovely experience coming here ♥️
