I went into the the salon to get a balayage done by tia. My experience here was outstanding. All the staff are so polite professional and friendly. The salon was very clean. I got offered refreshments. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had the best experience. Not to mention the hair wash it was sooooo relaxing. I highly recommend visiting rush!!!

Had a full head colour and cut today with Lauren, firstly, I LOVE my hair! It really was a transformation ❤️ It was a really lovely way to spend a few hours chatting to the team and I feel like I have my mojo back! See you in 6 weeks 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Went in for a full restyle - from long hair to a short new style and colour. Tia was amazing and really made me feel at ease about what felt like a drastic change!! I absolutely LOVE my new style and will be back again for sure!!

My stylist was great and I loved me hair, although it took 1hr 30min for a 45min appointment, so either the booking system didn’t work or it was slow. It had a weird vibe inside, I went on a Friday afternoon and about 3 of the people who worked there seemed very concerned with doing their own hair to go out rather than keeping an eye on reception/ paying attending to the clients. My stylist wasn’t one of those, and because of that I’ll go back, but only if I get Ruby(!)

I originally bought my daughter in for a hair cut but when I met Tia and saw her work I had to book in with her. Tia has been amazing, listened to me and has always given me EXACTLY what I wanted. I’ve been blonde years and never got my dreamy colour until Tia. Tia is a wonderful colourist and stylist. I put all my trust in her and she never fails to amaze me. All the girls are amazing in Rush, I always feel main character vibes when I go in. Everyone is so welcoming and attentive.Tia really took time to get to know me and what I want. She always offers the best advise and I feel really comfortable around her. I would love to gate keep her but everyone deserves to know how amazing she is - Tia you are wonderful! x

This is the worst salon I have ever been to the 'hairstylist' that did my hair clearly did not understand the clear instructions and photos she was shown when I told her how unhappy I was with the mess she got angry and had ago at me when I raised the complaint further I was told I didn't explain myself so it's my fault and when taken to the top because I felt bullied by the staff I was told I could travel to Brighton to have it fixed but they refuse to give me a refund this salon group are a group of bullies and no more qualified to cut hair than my cat my advice stay well away from these horrible peopleIn response to your response photo evidence were supplied to all of you on several occasions

After having a few bad experiences with other hairdressers, I decided to venture out and go to Rush for a much needed appointment for a balayage. Tia, discussed my options and was highly professional within the service, she gave me advice and how to look after my hair post-appointment and made me feel comfortable while getting my hair done. She was highly experienced and knew exactly what she was doing with my hair, and I left Rush with new-found confidence and with beautiful hair. I would highly recommend booking here with Tia for colour, the entirely of the staff were highly-professional, if I could rate more than 5 stars I would have done.

Usually after a visit to the barber shop/hairdresser, you should leave more beautiful after. That would be normal. It was just the opposite for me! After I explained to the barber what I wanted, she seemed to understand. No, she did not understand AT ALL! I asked her to cut my hair a little shorter than how I was (nothing sophisticated) and especially to leave crown on the back. She cut my hair very very short on sides and back (without any crown) and left on top very long compared with the sides / back, without integrating it (kind of Kim Jong Un). I would post a photo, but honestly, I'm very ashamed of how my hair is cut. £44 was the cost of this "fun" at a very simple salon, furniture made of very cheap plastic and full of hair from other customers (it is clear that the comb and scissors are not disinfected from one customer to another), gloomy atmosphere too . If I had to cut my hair myself, I would never go back to that place. In the morning, I’ll go to the salon where I usually go to ask that guys try a miracle to fix this mess of a haircut that doesn’t make any sense. If you have standards, I recommend you not to step into that salon.

Ruby at Rush is fantastic. She clearly has a natural talent for styling hair and is so knowledgeable in how to care for hair appropriately. I've been with the same hairdressers for years, who would charge more than Rush, and spend 30 minutes on a cut & blow dry. The price at Rush is the best in Worthing considering the time and skill put into each appointment! Will definitely be making it my new salon. Thank you so much, I love my new hair!

I was recently in much need of a pamper after a challenging time of life 'stuff' and my hair, in MUCH need of a long overdue cut. I called RUSH and they were able to fit me in last minute with Emma Jane.I immediately felt SO relaxed in her company and felt she really listened to what I needed. She gave me a SUPERB trim that three weeks later still styles beautifully at home.She also gave me a Kérastase moisture boost that was on the Black Friday deal which has left my hair feeling so lovely, light and healthy.I also took advantage of the Black Friday deals and bought the beautiful Kérastase moisture shampoo, conditioner and protector box set which is currently wrapped up and under the Christmas tree! Great experience - had senior stylist Tia for balayage of my dark blonde hair.Tia advised me to have low lights in the mix and despite my apprehension she was 100% right! Am so pleased with my new hair colour - have already booked in to have it refreshed in a few months time!
