Hi Liliana, tell us about yourself.
LILIANA: I have worked as a hairdresser for the last 15 years and worked my way up to a salon manager. I then relocated and worked in retail, managing a store in London. I’m really passionate about hairdressing and wanted to run my own salon so started to research franchising as an option.
Why did you decide to franchise with Rush?
LILIANA: After initially researching the salon franchise market, I quickly realised that the high standard of customer service and excellent hairstyling techniques offered by Rush were by far the best you could find and in line with my own expectations. Why did you choose West Hampstead for your new salon?
LILIANA: Having lived in North-West London for the last 10 years I realised the amazing opportunities for a hair salon in West Hampstead. The area is young, vibrant, dynamic and fits well with the high standard of services Rush offer. West Hampstead is a growing area with an amazing high street and excellent transport links. Recent residential and commercial developments show the future potential and how sought-after the area has become.

LILIANA: I am looking forward to be able to successfully run my own hair salon and at the same time grow and develop my team.
