Bhavishaben started as a stylist, was promoted to Senior Stylist, and then moved into a Consultant role. In each position, she has developed her skills, mentored others, and contributed to improving client satisfaction and the overall success of the team. Kirsty joined Rush Sevenoaks as a Junior Stylist at the age of 18. From there, Kirsty climbed the career ladder to become one of our amazing Salon Managers when she turned 23! Through Kirsty’s role as Salon Manager, she’s also become part of our talented Rush Colour Team, who work with the Artistic Team to explore the creative side of hairdressing. Trips to Barcelona and Paris followed, expanding Kirsty’s knowledge to learn, teach and develop her skills even further.

Agi began her journey at Rush in 2018 at the our Putney Salon, since then she has moved to the Chiswick salon and is currently the Front Of House Manager. She shared “The dynamic nature of the salon environment means that no two days are the same, which keeps the job exciting and challenging. Whether it’s managing last-minute schedule changes, addressing unique client needs, or finding creative solutions to unexpected problems, the constant variety ensures that I’m always learning and growing in my role.”

Lilia began her journey with Rush in 2023 in our Bromley salon. She attends college once a week while simultaneously building up her own clientele of models in the salon.
