Safety First in Salons

As always our priority is keeping you and our incredible team members safe and well.

In light of Covid-19, we’ve made some changes to our salons so we can offer the Rush experience you’ve come to expect while prioritising everyone’s safety.

At Rush, we’re passionate about keeping you and our teams safe and well. We’ll continue to share more about the changes we’re making, and follow any government guidelines that may be created in the coming weeks.

Take care and we’ll see you soon!

Before Your Visit

You should have received and completed a Pre-Appointment Health questionnaire. If you haven’t completed one you’ll be asked to do so, we need every client to answer these questions so we can keep everyone safe.

Salons may be able to accommodate walk-ins and consultations but each salon manager will decide on a case by case basis whether they have the capacity.

During Your Visit

We encourage all our Rush team and clients to continue wearing a mask whilst in our salons for the well-being and safety of both our clients and team members, unless exempt.

Every piece of equipment that your stylist may use will be cleaned before your visit. We will be cleaning equipment throughout the day between every client for your safety. We will be using a Covid tested anti-bacterial spray on all surfaces, furniture and mirrors to keep everyone in the salon as safe as possible.

If you need to use the bathroom it will be available and we have special cleaning protocols to ensure this is safe for both our team and our clients to use throughout the day.

After Your Visit

All Rush salons are now cashless for all payments so please bring a debit or credit card with you to pay when you visit. If you would like to tip your stylist you will be able to do this with your card and they will receive the tip directly in their wages.

We’re committed to comply with the Government’s Track and Trace programme to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. If we are required to supply details to the Government for Track and Trace, we will provide your name, contact details and the times you were in the salon. Your data is safe with us, we store everything securely so that it’s GDPR compliant and we will never share your details unless it’s required under the regulations.

We will still have salon-quality products available to buy at the front desk, just ask about them as only the front desk will handle any products and we will have a limited number on display.
